This document reports against the achievements and outcomes of Greater Wellington’s biosecurity related activities. The work programme was set by the RPMP Operational Plan 2024/25 and aligns with the Greater Wellington Annual Plan, which sets overall priorities and work programmes for the organisation.

Implementation of the RPMP requires resources. Our obligation to the community is to ensure these resources are used as efficiently and effectively as possible. This report provides some detail regarding how and where those resources were applied in the 2024/25 year.
