“1.  Copies of any reports, briefings, correspondence, or advice provided by CentrePort to the Ministry of Transport regarding options for alternative open ocean tug arrangements prior to or during the draft of the initial and detailed business cases prepared for the Transport Minister and Cabinet.

2.      Any internal analysis or assessments prepared by CentrePort regarding alternative tug solutions, including costings, operational feasibility, or risk considerations.

3.      Any communications between CentrePort and other stakeholders (including maritime operators or government agencies) that informed the advice provided to the Ministry of Transport.
