This report summarises the results of Greater Wellington
Regional Council's Rivers State of the Environment
monitoring programme for the period 1 July 2007 to 30
June 2008 inclusive. This monitoring programme includes
monthly sampling of physico-chemical and microbiological
water quality and an annual assessment of aquatic
ecosystem health.
